Omega Delta Phi Fraternity, Inc. was founded on November 25, 1987 on the campus of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX by seven men of vision. The purpose of this brotherhood, a service/social fraternity dedicated to the needs and concerns of the community, is and shall be to promote and maintain the traditional values of Unity, Honesty, Integrity, and Leadership. This brotherhood was founded in order to provide, to ANY man, a diverse fraternal experience which coincides with a higher education.


Omega Delta Phi is the first multicultural fraternity to expand to UTSA and has achieved status of high prestige on campus. Omega Delta Phi currently holds the 2016 MGC Award for Most Community Service Hours, and the 2015 University Life Award for Most Outstanding Cultural Awareness program and the 2015 Fraternity/Sorority Life Award for Most Outstanding Joint Philanthropic Event as well as the championship titles in the All of the Lights 2 Stroll Competition at UTSA, Battle of the South Stroll-Off 2 at Texas State University, Senorita Stroll-Off 8 at Texas Christian University, Knuck If You Buck 3 Stroll-Off at Texas State University, and Wildin' Out Stroll-Off at The University of Houston-Downtown.


In addition, the 2016 University Life Awards honored Omega Delta Phi as one of two finalists for Most Outstanding Registered Student Organization, as well as a finalist for Most Outstanding Service Program and Most Outstanding Cultural Awareness Program.
